Team training will be led on a weekly basis. We will be holding run, bike and swim sessions throughout the year focussing on technique, speed and core strength.


All of our training sessions are friendly and cater for athletes of all abilities.


Members will be informed of specific details upon membership through our Facebook site.

Swimming is held at David Lloyd on Mondays 8:30pm-9:30pm

Running is held at Humber Bridge car park Wednesdays from 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Cycling is typically weekend based weather depending and rides are posted on our Facebook group. Also look out for our new Zwift riding group - Coming Soon!
